The Canon Professional Services (CPS) programme offers extensive after-sales support and information for imaging professionals and their equipment.
If you are a professional photographer or make money from your photography and use Canon equipment then Canon Professional Services is for you. You get a replacement of your model or equivalent when yours is in for repairs. CPS keeps you taking pictures, no matter what.
CPS is free to qualifying Canon photographers and videographers. It operates on a three-tier basis to provide a programme that’s more accessible, more responsive, more informative and is tailor-made to the needs of individual CPS members.
The introduction of the multiple levels of membership is designed to allow for a greater number of professional photographers to qualify for the benefits of CPS support. Please see the tier levels page to see if you qualify, and if so, for what level.
If you qualify for CPS, register your equipment now. Click on the register link on the top right hand side of this page and complete the required information. We’ll get back to you confirming your membership so you can start taking advantage of all that Canon Professional Services has to offer. You will need to go into your local Camera Tek branch to verify your equipment with their serial numbers.
Membership and status level will be confirmed within two working days. Only registered and verified equipment qualifies for CPS service.
